We have the required technical and manpower resources to handle the routine maintenance and possible repair of petrol or diesel generators. We will ensure the routine servicing of the generators in accordance with the manufacturer’s manual and carry out timely repairs and replacement of parts as required. In a situation where repairs and maintenance efforts may be taking extended period of time to complete, we shall make available back-up generators for use at the property to ensure minimal downtime. The generator is an asset that depreciates overtime due to usage, we shall determine and recommend a sinking fund to cater for the replacement of the generator which comes under asset replacement in our budget in this proposal.
